My name is Ha Smith, I graduated at Texas Tech University in Computer Science in 1985. I worked in the computer industry for nearly 20 years before diving into real estate. I earned my Texas real estate license in 2004 and then my broker license shortly afterward.
I combine my technical analysis, detail oriented skills in engineering and real estate investments strategies to provide the most common sense approach to identify the best real estate investments for all my clients based on their needs and requirements.
Having owned and operated both residential and commercial properties for years, I have hands on experiences from acquisition, improvement, property management, maintenance to disposition.
